This position is based in Perth on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role
As a Marketing Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping HBF achieve its growth ambitions through data-driven insights and performance analysis. Working closely with teams across Growth Marketing, and Data & Analytics, you'll measure marketing effectiveness, uncover growth opportunities, and provide recommendations that optimise acquisition performance and maximise marketing ROI. You'll translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and drive customer and revenue growth.

In this role, you will:

• Monitor and analyse key growth metrics including acquisition volumes, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), member growth and channel performance.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and scorecards that provide visibility of performance against business objectives and targets.
• Identify performance trends, risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to improve marketing outcomes.
• Assess the effectiveness of marketing activity across paid, owned and earned channels, leveraging analytics and measurement tools.
• Conduct campaign, customer segment and channel analysis to uncover growth opportunities and support strategic planning.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve marketing measurement frameworks, reporting capability and data-driven decision making.

About You
You're a curious and commercially focused analyst who enjoys solving problems through data and insights. You have strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder communication skills and a passion for helping marketing teams make smarter decisions. Comfortable working across multiple data sources and platforms, you're able to translate complex information into clear recommendations that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, performance marketing or a similar analytical role.
• Strong ability to interpret marketing, customer and commercial performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Hands-on experience using analytics and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, or comparable tools.
• Understanding of marketing measurement methodologies including attribution, experimentation and marketing mix modelling.
• Proven experience creating dashboards, reports and insights for a range of stakeholders, including executive audiences.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics or a related discipline, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative cross-functional environment.
